乳化瀝青生產步驟：

Production steps of emulsified asphalt

1、加熱瀝青至120攝氏度-130攝氏度之間（石油基質瀝青），將水加熱至70攝氏度備用。

2、將乳化試驗機的電加熱打開預熱5-10分鐘后關閉。

Turn on the electric heating of emulsification testing machine and turn it off after preheating for 5-10 minutes

3、按照需要生產乳化瀝青固含量計量好瀝青、乳化劑和水的重量備用。

The solid content of emulsified asphalt should be produced according to the demand, and the weight of asphalt, emulsifier and water should be measured for standby

4、將計量好的乳化劑加入到水中至完全融化制成皂液。

Add the measured emulsifier to the water until it is completely melted to make soap

5、將皂液倒入乳化試驗機的料斗中，開啟電機開始循環。

Pour the soap into the hopper of the emulsification testing machine, turn on the motor and start the cycle

6、循環的過程中將加熱好的瀝青緩慢倒入料斗中，邊倒邊觀察乳化瀝青顏色，如呈咖啡色說明乳化成功。

During the cycle, the heated asphalt is poured into the hopper slowly. Observe the color of emulsified asphalt while pouring. If it is coffee color, it indicates that the emulsion is successful

7、將瀝青全部倒入料斗后，關閉電機循環，從出料口將乳化瀝青接出即可。

After all the asphalt is poured into the hopper, turn off the motor cycle and take out the emulsified asphalt from the discharge port

8、試驗完成后，需用熱水清洗試驗機，以免造成瀝青堵住磨頭。

After the test, hot water is needed to clean the testing machine to avoid blocking the grinding head with asphalt

9、清洗方式：將熱水倒入料斗中，開啟循環，廢水放出，再倒入熱水繼續循環，直至循環口顏色變清澈為止。

Cleaning method: pour the hot water into the hopper, open the circulation, discharge the waste water, and then pour the hot water to continue the circulation until the color of the circulation port becomes clear
